heartbreak

The more we open to whatever is appearing, the greater are the challenges. The more we see, the more our heart breaks. In our surrender to the heart broken open, all the way, there is freedom. In our attempts to not feel the pain of the heart breaking, in our attempts to know what should be, there is bondage.

Not sure what that is suppose to mean.

It means that life happens all by itself, and any attempt to make things happen, based on some idea of what life should be, amounts to resistance to life. And because Life is who we are, any resistance to anything arising in life creates a sense of limitation, or bondage.

I guess like going against the grain. Undoubtably will create as you say a sense of limitation. If we allow ourselves to go with the flow ... with the grain.

I have noticed that in life in my own situations ... that forcing matters only prolongs ... giving in to bondage.

You say that life happens by itself ... how am I to apply myself ...
thank you.
