hypnotic dream of separation

All that apparently manifests in the hypnotic dream of separation – the world, the life story, the search for home – is one appearing as two, the nothing appearing as everything, the absolute appearing as the particular.

The Many Is One and yet the One Is Many...the paradox of Truth. It is a rare few that understand the implications of this.

Throughout history it has usually been poets and artists who paved the way to a (subliminal) understanding of this, through the medium of 'conscious' art, before it was consciously understood and started seeping into general consciousness.

In other words, you have your work cut out ... :-)

when I immerse my self into something I maybe can say I feel a oneness. One suddenly feels 'not me' but part of. If the quote is saying that within the life story we are under the hypnotic dream of separation.
I followed the links and came to this ... You are shining pure Consciousness. Wake up from the trance of fixation and you will realize your true Self.

Rudi Im a little overwhelmed with this one ...

This is a slightly bigger picture than the self-contained one people usually project, but in reality you are not merely a part of something larger, but you are the larger, and there are no parts. And 'the larger' is so vast that it includes all and everything, which is why it is often described as eternity / infinity / limitless etc.

One day you may allow yourself to be completely overwhelmed and swallowed up by this, not just 'a little' ... who knows :-)
